Day#52

Today I rode with Jack in the truck. I asked if he had enough sunglasses. He said he only wears two pairs. The rest are Gary's and I guess one pair is mine. He said there's also four hats in the truck and I don't think he claims any of those.

Day#51

It's a bit cold for this picture to have been from today. It was actually taken during the Christnas break, one day when we went to St. Charles. We had fun, but we did not come home with a bike.

Day#50

This says $1.83. I didn't know until today that my phone camera won't fully catch an electronic display like this. But I do know I could get used to one-dollar range gasoline prices.

Day#49

Now that the tree's gone, there's a strong urge to rearrange.
And buy a new rug.
And get rid of the old couch.
And add a couple of cute chairs.

Tonight's sunset was beautiful, more pink than this phone pic can render. (And now I'm caught up on my Days.)

Aw, man, now I got to run to the bank. Why even send it? Well, it cracked me and even the kids up so I guess it's worth the postage it took.

Day#45

I had some Kohl's cash to use so we went shopping for Gary some clothes for work. This jacket was a cerulean velvet if you can imagine. It looks much darker in the pic and was more like the bottom pic.

We passed on it, although it did fit him about perfectly. But I don't think any amount of free would get him to wear that to work.

Guess where we found the missing gift card finally today? At the bottom of the sixth bag of trash. You are welcome, Ross! [But to his credit, it was actually me that threw it away.]
