Jack goes to college

And this was my view for two hours, seeing him driving away ahead of me. It was agony even though I told myself it really wasn't. He's going to a great place to do great things, why would I be sad about that?  But you know, I can tell you a mom's heart does not always work logically.

Carbondale bound

The day he left for college

A limo Cadillac with bull horns

Taken the day we bought three wrong tires for Jack's truck. Two tries and the kid still has no spare tire.

Hey y'all watch this/the night blood was drawn

Gary put Bob on Grant. But it turned out to be Gary that got bloody.  Right as I took this picture Bob panicked, leapt and flew with claws extended.

This is so him, patiently helping a younger scout.

Final thought on South Carolina trip

I highly recommend to myself to take more girls' getaways.

My friends in South Carolina

The couple in the back graciously hosted us three girls, even driving us to and from the Jacksonville FL airport two hours away so we could get a bargain flight and no rental car.  Maybe that's why they look grouchy, ha.  No, they just had no warning I was snapping a pic and honestly, we were alI getting a little hot and tired at this point walking around Savannah.

Their new house in Bluffton was great.  I loved their screen porch so much, that's where I slept.
