It began as an educational summer project for the kids and now it's become part of life. Can I just say, in the singing voice of Kip Dynamite, "I love technology."

Fire pit flagstone fun
It was my job to finish it and try to get the flagstone gaps filled and level. Which I found to be impossible as each day I went outside to work, things had settled/shifted. So finally I just accepted this as good enough and all we had to do was fill with sand and little gravel. If I ever do this type job again, I know next time not to fit the rocks so close. I think some space in between for filler material would have helped. But it was so fun to pack em in like puzzle pieces.
Catching back up as usual
The day we had to shop for a new kitchen faucet and started at Lowes and then had to compare Home Depot and then ended up back at Lowes, of course
