Day#133

My goal for Sunday was for C and I to visit every TJMaxx in the StL area, minus Fairview since we've been there many times. We had six to check out and we made it to only one, Kirkwood, until she was Maxxed out and needed more of a mall experience.

But never fear, I *will* try it again. But now it will probably just be the remaining five.

Day#132

How to turn socks with white logo into all black ones and then how to remove the Sharpie stain from the counter.

Day#131

Look what I found. Funny that they are placed consecutively. And btw, where's Grant?

Day#130

World's largest catsup bottle--still for sale!

Day#129

I skipped yoga today since we were having the sub with the most grating loud voice and instead had my own peaceful time spending the day looking in stores. I remember when I was a kid and we'd be out as four generations shopping, my grandma had a saying about my great-grandma and my mom: "Well, you can always find them in the rugs or flowers."

My weaknesses are the glassware and wood cutting boards.

Day#128

Girl on trampoline as usual

Day#127

So far this week, I've made a peach pie and a strawberry pie. Peach is long gone. Strawberry is almost.

Day#126

Since I'd spent the day with the younger two, I wanted an outing with Jack that evening, just him and me. We decided to go to Waffle House and it was so good. Helps that I love hash browns. His eyes were incredibly blue in this end-of-day lighting, so I had to take his picture. Then we went to Rural King and got him a new western shirt and belt and me some maple nut goodies. Every once in awhile we indulge so extravagantly.

Day#125

Gary and Grant were off on a camp out and Jack stayed home while I took Sam and Sis to the City Museum. It was crowded but I love that place. The kids do, too. It's really for anyone of any age.

Day#124

Friday night we created some kitchen chemistry, making homemade bath bombs. We have decided buying them at the store is a whole lot easier and possibly cheaper. Tip: don't use the Martha Stewart recipe.
