It appeared again as we cleared out a closet of winter coats. The arms were a bit stiff, but hey, it turned 26 years old this Spring.
And can I say, Gary, you rock, like totally! I don’t think many men can still zip up their jacket from their high school days.
Man, those 80’s were sure full of zippers.
I don't think many men have the opportunity to try zipping up their jackets from their high school days unless they're Gill men.

ReplyDeleteI remember that jacket, too. I think it was a reward for something special and he bought it in Champaign at Wilson's Leather shop, am I right?
ReplyDeleteNo! Purchased it at Lincoln Mall in Matteson, IL. It was Talia's first trip to a shopping mall. She was just 6 weeks old. Gary, do you remember how many stores we looked in before you found just the right jacket? :) Karen, you were there, too!
